What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Paypal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Cash for local pick up.
My discount code didn't work?
Firstly, check that you’re entering the discount code exactly as it appears (case sensitive) and check that the code is still in date and has not expired. Secondly, check the terms and conditions of your code, if the item is in sale or in a certain category the discount may not be valid on this product. If it’s still not working, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be able to advise you further.
Can I use more than one promotional code on my order?
No, you can only use one promotional discount in each individual order.

What delivery options do you offer?
We use most effective ways to ship products to our customers. Depends on packet size and weight, we normally use USPS, FedEx and UPS Standard or Express shipping methods.
How does your US standard delivery service work?
If you order with us before 1PM EST Monday-Friday, you can expect your order to be delivered to you within 5-8 working days. If you haven’t received your order within this time frame, please contact us.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, you can. Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped a US tracking number will be sent over to you so you can track your order, you can check the status of your order here as well.
